Working on site for our corporate headquarters based in Orange, CA, we are currently seeking a Payroll Experience Coordinator, Team Lead to provide day‑to‑day leadership, coordination, and operational support to the Payroll Experience Coordinator team.
The Team Lead helps maintain accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across payroll activities while fostering a collaborative and high‑performance team culture.
- Choice to work hybrid or in‑office at our Corporate location.

Specifically in this role, supporting a largely virtual environment where our culture and commitment to creating remarkable experiences comes first, the essential duties of the Payroll Experience Coordinator, Team Lead include:

- Acts as the primary liaison between Payroll Operations and Field Markets.
- Processes timecards, payroll, and billing for our temporary workers who are on assignment.
- Performs audit checks for variances related to average hours, pay/bill discrepancies, overtime/double time, and missing/pending timecards.
- Answers calls in a company‑consistent and friendly manner.
- Trains new team members on processes, tools, systems, and best practices.
- Provides ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong understanding of payroll processes, timekeeping, and market support operations.

- Experience working with dashboards, ticketing systems, and timecard review tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or transferable experience.
- Prior leadership, team‑lead, or mentoring experience.
