We are seeking a contract Senior IT Project Manager Enterprise Construction to lead and coordinate IT initiatives supporting major healthcare construction projects, including the development of a new tower. This role bridges IT and Construction teams, ensuring seamless integration of technology infrastructure into new facility build‑outs, renovations, and clinical expansions.

- Location:
Remote with occasional monthly travel to Orange, CA and San Diego, CA for meetings - Compensation: $85 - $105 per hour
- No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role
- Lead IT planning and execution for new facility construction projects, including tower development
- Partner closely with Construction, Facilities, Clinical Operations, and IT Infrastructure teams
- Oversee IT infrastructure design and implementation within new builds and renovations
- Coordinate IDF/MDF requirements, power distribution, low‑voltage systems, and network architecture planning
- Manage facility moves, expansions, and clinic adds/changes
- Support creation of new service lines and clinic activations
- Ensure alignment of IT systems with healthcare operational requirements
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, risk mitigation plans, and stakeholder communications
- Drive cross‑functional collaboration to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- 7+ years of IT Project Management experience, preferably in healthcare environments
- Direct experience supporting new facility build‑outs and construction projects
- Experience managing facility moves and clinic expansions
- Strong understanding of general network architecture, including IDF/MDF requirements and power distribution
- Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure implementation
- Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally with Construction and Facilities teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Healthcare construction experience is strongly preferred
- Experience supporting the creation of new service lines or clinical operations is highly preferred
- Experience with Cerner and/or Epic electronic health record systems is preferred
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
