Sr. AV Technician

Our client is looking for an On-Site IT & AV Technician who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys being the go-to problem solver. This role blends hands‑on technical support with advanced audio‑visual troubleshooting, supporting everything from collaboration tools to enterprise meeting spaces. • Compensation: 42-45/hr

• Provide on‑site technical support for PCs, Macs, applications, network connectivity, and AV systems, resolving issues efficiently and within SLA expectations
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support Microsoft Surface Hubs, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron systems, and related AV technologies
• Deliver white glove/VIP support and event or meeting assistance, ensuring seamless user experiences
• Manage hardware assets including shipping, receiving, tracking, installation, and lifecycle management
• Utilize Service Now for ticket prioritization, documentation, and status tracking while collaborating with cross‑functional and network operations teams

• Hands‑on experience supporting Microsoft Surface Hubs, Crestron, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and enterprise AV equipment
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Mac operating systems, Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and One Drive
• Experience diagnosing network connectivity issues and providing remote hands support
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑moving, high‑demand environments
• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset
