Job Responsibilities:
- Perform support and troubleshooting for Workday HCM, Workday Financials, and other business systems
- Oversee integration processes between internal systems and external cloud-based platforms
- Coordinate system maintenance, upgrades, and implementation of new features and modules
- Analyze business processes and data flows to identify opportunities for system improvements
- Educate staff on system functionality, security, and integrations through documentation and training
- 5+ years of experience in ERP systems support or equivalent work experience
- Apply advanced knowledge of human resource and accounting systems, preferably Workday
- Work with both internally hosted and cloud-based systems to ensure seamless operations
- Understand data management, flowcharting techniques, and diagnostic utilities
- Communicate effectively with strong documentation and interpersonal skills
- a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, or a related field
- Bring experience with Workday integrations, security, and business processes
- Prefer experience with financial and analytical system administration and support
- Exhibit strong understanding of organizational goals and ability to align system solutions accordingly
- Maintain working knowledge of reporting tools, centralized administration, and automation practices
