Role:
Salesforce Architect with Marketing Cloud
Location:
Orange, CA
- 10+ Years of Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end-to-end implementation experience
- 5+ Years of Experience in lead technical design analysis and documentation and support subsequent execution/delivery within SFMC's legacy product (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Audience Builder) as well as cross-cloud architectures within Salesforce's expanding.
- Implementing the Connector between Marketing and Sales/Service Cloud, with understanding of related data and security considerations
- Constructing engaging user interfaces to ensure the highest success with email promotions.
- Working cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, and Analytics teams to develop marketing assets and ensure data is correct.
- Master with SQL and robust understanding of Marketing Cloud's contact data model
- Extensive experience utilizing Journey Builder with thorough understanding of Audience Builder configuration.
- Knowledge of Integrations, 3rd party integration tools, ETL with Salesforce
- Have a strong working knowledge of Lightning Component Framework
- Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of from scratch.
- Have a strong experience in CRM business processes like Forecasting, Campaign Management, Lead Management, Pipeline Management, Order Management, Case Management.
- Development using Standard Salesforce and platform (Lightning, Apex, Triggers, Workflow rules, VF pages)
- Sales and Service Cloud including Customer and Partner portal (community) development experience.
- Hands on experience in Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs.
- Have strong experience in SOQL and SOSL statements within Governor Limits for data manipulation needs of the application using platform database objects.
- Must have excellent data relationship/data interfaces/SQL query skills/Web Services (REST/SOAP) skills.
- Support campaign builds including the code development for email templates, cloud pages, forms, SQL queries, and API integrations.
- Designing and coding unique landing pages, including micro sites and integrations to other systems
- Establish standards and guidelines for the design and development, tuning, deployment and maintenance of enterprise assets.
