Digital Marketing Coordinator

Position: Digital Marketing Coordinator, 3 Month Contract
We're looking for a freelance digital marketing professional to support a fast-moving marketing team on a short-term 3 month assignment. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing campaign execution across social, paid media, and email.

This person will help keep digital initiatives moving by scheduling content, launching campaigns, monitoring performance, and reporting insights. It's a strong fit for someone who enjoys being hands-on in campaign operations, works well independently, and can collaborate closely with a broader marketing team.

What you'll do

• Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and You Tube

• Monitor social channels, respond to messages and comments, and support day-to-day community engagement

• Set up and manage paid campaigns across platforms including Meta, Linked In, Google, Reddit, and Hootsuite

• Build and deploy email campaigns using Click Dimensions

• Track campaign activity and flag performance shifts, issues, or budget concerns

• Prepare weekly KPI updates and post-campaign reporting with insights and recommendations

• Partner with the marketing team to secure approvals and support content scheduling updates

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience with digital marketing and campaign management platforms

• Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Linked In Campaign Manager, Reddit Ads, Click Dimensions, Hootsuite, and You Tube Studio

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally across digital channels

• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

• Ability to manage campaign scheduling and monitoring with minimal supervision

• Understanding of social analytics, email metrics, and paid media performance indicators
