Key Responsibilities- Administer and maintain Teamcenter environments including Development, QA, UAT, and Production.
- Manage Teamcenter servers, batch jobs, dispatcher services, FSC/FMS, web tier, and enterprise integrations.
- Monitor system health, performance, storage, and application availability.
- Manage user accounts, roles, groups, projects, ACLs, and access controls.
- Perform environment audits and compliance checks.
- Plan and execute Teamcenter upgrades (e.g., TC 11/12/13/14 to TC 2312/2506).
- Conduct pre-upgrade assessments and compatibility analysis.
- Upgrade Teamcenter server components, BMIDE templates, databases, and customizations.
- Coordinate upgrade validation, regression testing, and cutover activities.
- Support production deployment and post-upgrade stabilization.
- Lead and guide the team in the implementation, customization, integration, and maintenance of team center functional, support, and admin modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions within the team center environment.
- Provide technical expertise and support in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to team center plm system.
- Conduct regular system audits, performance tuning, and ensure data integrity within the team center environment.
- Stay updated with the latest team center features and functionalities to recommend and implement system improvements.
- Mentor team members, conduct training sessions, and ensure adherence to best practices in team center functional, support, and admin modules.
- Strong expertise in team center functional and team center support modules.
- Proficiency in tc admin modules for system administration and configuration.
- Solid understanding of plm concepts, data modeling, workflows, and integrations within team center.
- Experience in customizing and extending team center functionalities to meet business requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues within the team center environment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
- Strong leadership skills to mentor and guide a team of technical professionals in team center implementations.
- Siemens PLM Certified Professional in Teamcenter would be preferred.
A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
