Job Description:

The Service Now AI Control Tower Architect will lead the planning, design, implementation, and support of Service Now AI Control Tower capabilities to enable enterprise AI governance, risk management, and operational oversight. This resource will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to establish governance frameworks, architect integrations with Service Now modules including CMDB, IRM/GRC, and SPM, and support the management and monitoring of AI-enabled solutions across the organization.
