AA Lares Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a P&C-licensed Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping clients, staying organized, and being a key part of an insurance agency’s day-to-day success.

• Provide excellent service to personal and/or commercial lines clients
• Handle policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and renewals
• Assist clients with coverage questions and problem resolution
• Process new business, rewrites, and renewals accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with carriers regarding underwriting, billing, and policy issues
• Support producers and account managers as needed

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license
• Prior insurance customer service experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of personal and/or commercial lines coverages
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
