What You’ll Do
- Manage full case lifecycle from investigation through trial/arbitration
- Develop litigation strategy for medical malpractice defense matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Conduct depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation
- Collaborate with internal teams on case strategy and reporting
- Provide guidance on risk management and legal best practices
What We’re Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 3+ years of medical malpractice litigation experience
- Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently
