Position Overview: We are seeking a self‑motivated, experienced attorney proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients navigate divorce, custody, support, and other family law matters, while contributing to a collaborative and ethical environment. Strong business development and client‑management skills are highly valued.

• Manage all aspects of family law cases: divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and related matters
• Draft, file, and respond to petitions, motions, declarations, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and negotiations
• Provide guidance and mentorship to support staff as the practice grows
• Collaborate with the team to maintain consistent, high‑quality client service
• Stay current on California family law, legal developments, and best practices

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar membership in good standing
• Minimum 2–5 years of family law experience preferred
• Strong client‑focused communication and advocacy skills
• Excellent organization, case management, and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently
• Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese required
