We are seeking a self‑motivated, experienced Spanish‑speaking attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients navigate divorce, custody, support, and other family law matters, while contributing to a collaborative and ethical environment. Strong business development and client‑management skills are highly valued.

• Manage all aspects of family law cases: divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and related matters
• Draft, file, and respond to petitions, motions, declarations, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and negotiations
• Provide guidance and mentorship to support staff as the practice grows
• Collaborate with the team to maintain consistent, high‑quality client service
• Stay current on California family law, legal developments, and best practices

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar membership in good standing
• Minimum 2–5 years of family law experience preferred
• Strong client‑focused communication and advocacy skills
• Excellent organization, case management, and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently
