Litigation Associate

We are seeking a Litigation Associate, a Construction Defect Associate, and a Public Entity Defense Associate to join a dynamic and growing defense firm in its Orange County office. The role involves handling complex civil defense matters from inception through resolution, including personal injury defense, habitability claims, products liability, transportation-related matters, and premises liability. Responsibilities include legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery and document review, liability analysis, court appearances, settlement conferences, mediations, and trial preparation, as well as preparing exhibits and coordinating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
