The Opportunity
Our Client is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney to join its growing practice in San Francisco and Newport Beach Offices. This is a Hybrid Role. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking for hands-on litigation experience, strong mentorship, and meaningful client interaction within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Defend employers in employment-related litigation matters
- Handle discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims
- Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions
- Manage written discovery and take/defend depositions
- Participate in trial preparation
- Respond to and defend agency charges (DFEH/EEOC)
- Assist with wage & hour and PAGA matters (class/collective experience is a plus)
Qualifications
- 2–6 years of employment litigation experience
- Experience on the defense side preferred
- Strong research, writing, and motion practice skills
- Deposition and discovery experience
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position ranges between [$110,000 – $200,000 annually]. Compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, education, location, and other qualifications.
