Inventory Planning and Replenishment Analyst

MSI is seeking an Inventory Planning and Replenishment Analyst to optimize inventory levels for high performance gaming and workstation products. You will analyze demand forecasts, sales trends, and production schedules to set targets, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory. Partner with supply chain, manufacturing, and sales to manage replenishment plans, monitor lead times, and resolve constraints. Build and maintain reports and dashboards, track KPIs, and support S&OP processes.

This role is ideal for data driven analysts passionate about hardware, forecasting, and continuous process improvement in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze demand forecasts, sales data, and production plans to set inventory targets
• Develop and manage replenishment plans for gaming and workstation product lines
• Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and lead times to prevent stockouts and overstock
• Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, and sales to align inventory with demand
• Support S&OP processes with data, scenarios, and recommendations
• Build and maintain inventory and demand dashboards and KPI reports
• Identify process improvements to increase inventory turns and service levels
• Support new product introductions with demand and inventory planning inputs
