The Concrete Project Manager plays a critical role in overseeing various construction projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and are completed on time. This position requires a strong leader who can manage multiple projects and clients while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The individual will be responsible for coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, addressing any issues that arise, and fostering relationships that promote business development.
The role offers significant growth opportunities, allowing the candidate to evolve into a leadership position within the organization. Candidates should be prepared to wear multiple hats, adapting to the dynamic nature of project management within the concrete industry.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 / Year DOE
Concrete Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage projects and client relationships
- Coordinate with vendors
- Engage in business development activities
- Address client issues as they arise
- Oversee project execution within the structural concrete domain
- Lead a team and hire additional personnel as needed
- Ensure projects are within the $5-20 million range
- Adapt to the evolving needs of the projects and the company
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Strong background in structural concrete
- Excellent client references
- Experience as a project manager or assistant project manager
- Experience with projects in the $5-20 million range
- Schools attended are preferred
- BA Degree is preferred
- EIT certification is preferred
- OSHA certifications are preferred
- Company card and vehicle provided
- Profit sharing, historically averaging 10%, is eligible after 90 days
- Full family health benefits covered, eligible after 30 or 90 days

- Negotiable PTO with a minimum of 2 weeks
