Chapman University, an academically distinguished, student‑centered, highly personalized private research university in Orange, California, seeks an experienced, collaborative, and forward‑thinking admission leader to serve as its Executive Director of Admission. Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Enrollment and Dean of Admission, Armen Sarkisian, the Executive Director of Admission will provide strategic and operational leadership for the day‑to‑day functions of the Office of Undergraduate Admission, serve as a key leader within Enrollment Management, and play a central role in advancing the university's undergraduate enrollment goals and priorities.
Compensationand Benefits
Competitive compensation with a salary range of $140,000–$160,000. The successful candidate will receive a benefits package that includes relocation assistance, the possibility of housing assistance, and other standard benefits. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. Employment offers conditional upon satisfactory background check.
