You’ll play a critical role in how innovative products are delivered—bringing clarity to complexity and helping teams ship products that matter. This is what success looks like:
Products launch on time, at quality, and aligned to business goals

What You’ll DoOwn end-to-end program execution across the full product lifecycle
Lead cross-functional teams through complex HW/FW/SW integration
Translate strategy into clear priorities and executable plans
Serve as the primary connector between teams, leaders, and partners
Identify risks early and drive fast, root-cause-based solutions
Balance scope, schedule, cost, and resources to deliver results
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
10+ years of Program or Project Management experience in engineering or manufacturing environments
Proven success managing multi-project, cross-functional programs
Experience integrating hardware, firmware, and software development
Strong program governance and change management capability
Proficiency with tools like JIRA/Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project Experience working with global suppliers or manufacturing partnersPMP, Prosci, or Lean Six Sigma a plus
