Electrical Test Technician; PCB Manufacturing | 1st Shift

PCB is seeking a reliable, motivated Electrical Test Technician who is looking for an exciting and rewarding opportunity. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and show a true sense of urgency.

• Create Electrical Test Programs using Genesis
• Perform bare PCB Electrical Test on ATG equipment
• Troubleshoot and Identify board defects
• Perform Rework as needed on PCBs
• Perform impedance testing on Zmetrix equipment
• Perform Failure Analysis on PCBs
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment

This is a full-time position requiring availability during standard business hours and mandatory weekend overtime when needed to meet production goals. Shifts may include weekends when schedule details are provided in advance.

Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.

• High school education or equivalent.
• 1 year experience working in a manufacturing environment.

• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Similar manufacturing related industry preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a team environment and willing to cross train.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.

• Ability to stand 8–12 hours.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

California Pay Range: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour USD | DOE.

The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
