Job Details

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year.

• Oversee and manage all production activities, ensuring efficient and effective execution in line with company policies.
• Implement and maintain safety standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Train, guide, and evaluate production staff, fostering teamwork and morale.
• Implement operational policies and procedures to increase productivity and performance.

• Minimum of 5 years supervising in high‑volume food manufacturing.
• Proven experience implementing and maintaining safety & quality compliance.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and motivation skills.
• Strong knowledge of production operations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, able to work under pressure.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, quick decision making.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
