CNC Machinist (Setup & Operator)

We're looking for a motivated CNC Milling Machinist who wants more than just a job you want to learn, grow, and be part of a high-quality operation. If you enjoy working with precision, solving problems, and seeing your work come to life, this is the opportunity for you.
What You'll Be Doing- Set up and operate CNC milling machines (Haas, Fadal, or similar)
- Load tooling, set offsets, and prove out programs
- Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions
- Run first article parts and support inspections
- Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Deburr and finish parts to meet high-quality standards
- Follow setup sheets, travelers, and quality procedures
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and efficient
- 1–3 years of CNC milling and setup experience
- Hands-on experience with tooling, offsets, and work holding
- Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances
- Familiarity with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators)
- Experience with Haas or Fadal controls is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset
- Exposure to 5-axis machining
- Experience holding tight tolerances (.001" or better)
- Familiarity with Mastercam or other CAM software
- Aerospace or AS9100 environment experience
- Swiss machining exposure
- $20–$30/hour (depending on experience)
