* Job Title:

** Production Operator

+ Pay Rate $19- $20 DOE

+  
** Shift:
** 1st Shift (Monday-Friday)

+  
** Overtime:
** Available as needed

+  
** Training:
** First month of training will be conducted on  
** 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)
** before transitioning to 1st Shift

** Job Responsibilities*
* + Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently

+ Assemble, inspect, and package products according to quality standards

+ Monitor production processes and report any issues to supervisors

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

+ Follow all company safety policies and procedures

+ Meet daily production goals and performance expectations

** Qualifications*
* + Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required

+ Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Reliable attendance and punctuality

+ Ability to work overtime when required
