We are seeking reliable, motivated, and safety-conscious individuals to join a highly successful printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturer in Orange (Anaheim), CA. Qualifications & Requirements

To be successful in these roles, candidates must meet the following baseline criteria:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, along with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in the printed circuit board (PCB) industry or a similar manufacturing environment. (

    Note:

    Plating role prefers 3+ years).
  • Ability to read blueprints, follow customer specifications, and interpret detailed job instructions. Basic computer data entry skills are required.
  • Keen verbal and written communication skills in English (bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus).
  • Sharp attention to detail, a self‑motivated attitude, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work standard 3rd shift hours and be flexible to work mandatory overtime, including weekends and holidays, to meet production goals.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8–12 hour shifts) or sit for prolonged periods performing visual tasks.
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push between 20 to 50 lbs depending on the department.
  • Excellent fine motor skills and the ability to use microscopes for extended periods.
  • Ability to walk on uneven surfaces and navigate stairs safely.
Responsibilities

Depending on your specific department placement, daily duties will include a combination of the following:

  • Equipment Operation:
    Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery (e.g., wet process lines, plating tanks, lamination equipment, imaging systems, trace welding, or AOI scanning systems).
  • Quality Control & Inspection:
    Read and interpret shop orders to verify counts and specifications; perform visual inspections using tools like microscopes and eye loops to ensure products meet standards.
  • Process Monitoring:
    Complete required quality checks, log data into manufacturing tracking systems, and accurately complete all departmental quality and lot tracking documentation.
  • Preventative Maintenance:
    Clean and maintain department equipment, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot minor repairs.
  • Safety & Chemical Handling:
    Safely work with and around process chemicals; wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a neat, safe, and organized workspace.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with production staff, assist other operators when time allows, and cross‑train in other manufacturing areas as needed.

Salary: $39,500 - $54,000 per year.

Shift: Third (10:30 PM – 7 AM).
