Location:
Orange, CA Pay Rate: $19.00 – $20.50 per hour Schedules Available:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Some manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience in food manufacturing, nutraceutical manufacturing, or similar production environments is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude preferred
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentage calculations
- Ability to follow written instructions, batch records, safety procedures, and quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Job Duties
- Measure and weigh raw materials according to Manufacturing Batch Records (M )
- Set up, operate, and monitor gummy production equipment, including kettles, depositors, and cooling tunnels
- Add and mix ingredients while maintaining proper process flow
- Monitor cooking processes and perform pH and brix measurements
- Inspect gummies for quality and ensure products meet specifications
- Spread finished product onto drying trays
- Complete manufacturing documentation, logbooks, labeling records, and batch records
- Clean and sanitize production equipment and work areas
- Operate and maintain tray washing equipment
- Troubleshoot production issues and communicate concerns to supervisors
- Follow GMP, SOP, safety, and quality standards at all times
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand for up to 90% of the shift
- Ability to lift 20-30 pounds regularly
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
