Operations Tech

Orchid Orthopedic Solutions is seeking an Operations Tech to support precision manufacturing of orthopedic implants and instruments. You will set up and operate production equipment, perform inspections using gauges and measurement tools, monitor process parameters, and document results in compliance with medical device quality standards. Working closely with engineering and quality teams, you'll help troubleshoot issues, maintain equipment, and drive continuous improvement to ensure safe, high-quality products that improve patient outcomes in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment for orthopedic components
• Perform in-process and final inspections using gauges and measurement tools
• Record production and quality data in accordance with medical device standards
• Assist with basic equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
• Follow safety, GMP, and ISO 13485 procedures at all times
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams on process improvements
• Maintain clean, organized work areas using 5
• S and lean practices
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for nonconformances
