Manufacturing Machine Operator

** Position Details:*

** Pay Rate:**  $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

** Shift:
** 3rd Shift (Monday-Friday)

+  
** Overtime:
** Available as needed

+  
** Training:
** The first month of training will be conducted on 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) before transitioning to the 3rd Shift

* Key Responsibilities:

* + Safely operate and monitor production machinery and equipment

+ Assemble, inspect, and package products in accordance with quality standards

+ Observe production processes and promptly report any issues to supervisors

+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace

+ Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures

+ Achieve daily production goals and performance targets

* Qualifications:

*
* + High School Diploma or GED

+ 1-2 years of machine operating experience preferred, but not required

+ Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus

+ Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Reliable attendance and punctuality

+ Flexibility to work overtime when necessary
