Masterplan Marketing is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our Orange County team as Brand Ambassadors.
We partner with nationally recognized nonprofit organizations to help increase awareness, build community support, and connect with new supporters through face‑to‑face outreach and live events throughout Orange County.
This is an entry-level opportunity with hands‑on training, ongoing mentorship, and a clear path for growth. We’re looking for people who enjoy working with others, communicate confidently, and want an opportunity where their effort and performance can lead to greater responsibility and leadership.
What You’ll Do- Represent nonprofit organizations at community events, retail locations, and other high‑traffic venues throughout Orange County
- Engage with members of the public through face‑to‑face conversations
- Educate potential supporters about nonprofit campaigns and initiatives
- Help increase awareness and supporter engagement
- Work alongside a supportive, goal‑oriented team
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive, professional, and reliable attitude
- Comfortable starting conversations and meeting new people
- Motivated by goals, personal development, and growth
- Able to work full‑time Monday through Friday
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, fundraising, or sales is a plus — but not required
- Base pay + uncapped commission and bonus opportunities
- Ongoing training and mentorship
