** Job Description
**** Marketing Account Manager (Marketing Specialist/Marketing Specialist, Senior)
** Under general direction, leads, coordinates, and manages innovative marketing programs.  Develops and implements innovative marketing programs with emphasis on research, strategic planning, execution, problem solving and evaluation.
** Marketing Specialist is a non-exempt position
** in salary grade 180. Min – $36.86 | Mid – $44.03 | Max – $51.20/hr.
** Marketing Specialist, Senior is an exempt position
** in salary grade 190. Min – $84,531.20 | Mid – $ | Max – $The starting salary will be within this range based on qualifications.

**** What You’ll Do
*** Lead, develop, and execute innovative marketing campaigns, advertising programs, and promotions aligned with strategic goals
* Design and implement creative strategies to increase awareness and adoption of alternative transportation options
* Manage end-to-end marketing programs, including research, planning, execution, performance tracking, and evaluation
* Analyze market trends and data to generate actionable insights and inform strategic decisions
* Develop scopes of work, issue RFPs, evaluate proposals, and support contract negotiations with vendors and consultants
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact campaigns on time and within budget
* Oversee and monitor program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and reporting to leadership
** What We’re Looking For
*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
* Minimum of five years of professional marketing, promotions, or events experience **(Senior level only, 3 years for Specialist)
*** Strong sales, outreach, and relationship-building skills
* Experience developing and managing marketing campaigns and budgets
* Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
* Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
* ** Spanish language proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) required for both levels
*** Valid California driver’s license required
