Position: Nurse Practitioner - Orange County
  • Schedule:

    Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (full-time), with occasional weekend phone-call coverage
  • Location:

    Greater Orange County area – specific territory to be discussed
  • Patient Model:
    Most patients are located within the same assisted living facilities, minimizing drive time and maximizing patient interaction.
Compensation
  • Annual earnings: $150,000 – $180,000
  • Bonus:
    Eligibility for a performance-based bonus after one year
  • Car allowance: $500/month ($6,000 annually)
  • Benefits package:
    Full medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 10 days annually
  • Sick Leave: 5 days annually
  • Paid Holidays included
About

We are seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to provide care primarily in assisted living and board-and-care homes (reducing drive time), with occasional in-home visits. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with geriatric populations, delivering comprehensive care, and maximizing patient interaction in efficient environments.

Nurse Practitioner

- Required Qualifications
  • Active NP license in California.
  • DEA registration, NPI number, BLS (or equivalent) certifications.
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Experience with geriatrics / assisted living or long-term care preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary and acute care to geriatric patients in assisted living facilities.
  • Conduct regular home-style visits within the facility.
  • Manage chronic diseases, acute illness, medication management, wellness checks.
  • See approximately 10-18 patients per day
    , depending on pace and facility load.
  • Documentation of visits, coordinating with supervising physicians & care teams.
  • Travel locally (using your vehicle) between patients/facilities as needed.
  • Support and improve patient comfort, wellness, and quality of life.
