Description
RN Nurse Manager providing leadership to our Operating Room and Endoscopy teams at Magnet designated Providence St. Joseph Hospital of Orange in Orange, CA. You will oversee 14 operating rooms, 3 cardiovascular operating rooms, and 3 endoscopy suites.
Planning, directing, and managing nursing care delivered to a designated patient population on one or more nursing units. Responsibilities include leadership, budget preparation, staffing, employee relations, patient satisfaction, practice guidelines, and developing programs, policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure patient care needs are assessed, evaluated, and met.

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; will obtain a Master’s Degree in a Health-related field or Nursing within 3 years from hire.
- California Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
- At least 5 years recent experience as RN in an acute hospital setting.
- At least 2 years leadership experience.
