Job DescriptionThe RN Navigator coordinates care across the patient journey for procedures including TAVR, Mitra Clip, LAAO, valve interventions, and research trials. Responsibilities include referral screening, patient assessment, diagnostic coordination, clinic scheduling, chart preparation, patient education, care plan documentation, follow‑up coordination, participation in weekly structural heart conferences, communication with referring providers, and oversight of program registries.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree – Nursing
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire
- 3 years – Cardiovascular experience
- Master's Degree – Nursing
- Nurse navigator experience
Competitive base pay range $57.28 – $88.92 per hour, shift differentials, standing on‑call, overtime, premium, and bonus opportunities. 401(k) Savings Plan with employer matching, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, paid parental leave, paid vacation, holidays, and well‑being resources.
