- work with 1 designated MD3-4 rooms per MD and PA 18 yrs and above Special Procedures/Unit Details : ambulatory - clinic one day a week see patientsphone messages - 10-30 EMR - managing emails through "My Chart"Busy Phones Lab results - off site labs Quest /Lab Corp - RN calls and follows upsame work room as MD Patient Discharge - education, medication, follow up instructions- MAs assist B12 injections Infusion Direct Admits by MD - RN Navigator - Authorization process Biopsy follow up and prioritizing care coordination

GI bleeds/ Crohn's Dz/ IBD Residents / fellows

Med/surg experience required
- Ambulatory experience is a plus, highly preferred not required Special Equipment :

- #Tier2 Travel Compliance No Nursys or background hits accepted. RTO:
No RTO within the first two weeks of an assignment. Max 7 days of RTO per 13-week contract highly preferred. All RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review. RTO:
