Alliance Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to visit patients at home, perform comprehensive assessments, administer at‑home IVs, and update the physician and agency on patient needs. Strong documentation skills and proactive communication are essential.
Travel is required to Bakersfield, Lancaster and surrounding So‑Cal areas. Availability includes 2–3 days per week, one weekend per month, and two holidays per year;
Per Diem W‑2 role with pay per visit.
