Description:
The Procedure Center RN will work in a fast-paced environment focusing on outpatient surgery.
Responsibilities include caring for pediatric patients aged 1 day to 24 years, as well as adults in rare situations.
The RN will manage minor surgical cases, including ENT, plastics, general surgery, ophthalmology, urology, dentistry, and oncology.
Candidates should possess the majority of the specialty experiences listed.
Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure are essential.
The role requires participation in on-call duties, including five weekdays and two weekends per six-week schedule.
Documentation will be completed using specific charting systems.
Candidates should be prepared to float as needed based on unit demands.
Successful candidates will be expected to demonstrate their competency in required skills and undergo a thorough review of their qualifications.
