** Minimum $56.96 Midpoint $74.05 Maximum $91.14
* Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.

** NICU RN Qualifications*
* · Registered Nurse-California
· Ped. Advanced Life Support
· Basic Life Support
· NRP·       
** 1 year of nursing experience in a level III or IV NICU (preferably within the last 3 years)*
* · Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from an accredited school within 2 years of hire
· RNC-NIC certified (preferred)
** Work Environments - Functional Demand:
** Light - Moderate energy level Lift and carry 25-35 lbs. Push/pull 50-100 lbs. (ie. empty bed, stretcher).##
