** Job Summary
** The Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager (ACM) will be responsible and accountable for over-seeing the patient care delivery and workflow of a designated Care Unit. Directly supervises RN’s, Clinical Associates, department Technicians, Unit Assistants, and Support Staff in all aspects, including hiring/firing, performance evaluation and management, mentoring, scheduling and addressing employee relations. Duties also include completing daily or shift specific quality audits and visibility boards, facilitating daily huddles with staff, leading staff/quality meetings, delivering quality patient-centered care in a fiscally responsible manner, and rounding with patients and families.
** Pay Range
** Minimum $127,442 Midpoint $168,854 Maximum $210,267
* Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.

* Required:

Minimum two (2) years of nursing experience. Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience in the area they are applying. Minimum one (1) year of Charge nurse experience with demonstrated leadership skills preferred and/or equivalent experience.
* Preferred: 4+ of leadership experience managing in the healthcare industry. Four years experience in clinical specialty.

Graduation from an accredited school of Registered Nursing. Bachelor's Degree required.
* Preferred:
Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited school or Master's degree in healthcare-related field.
