Job Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections and tests at various stages of manufacturing to ensure products meet quality and customer requirements.
- Inspect materials work in process and finished goods by comparing results to drawings specifications and quality standards.
- Identify defects segregate nonconforming items and report issues to quality leadership for timely resolution.
- Record inspection results document defects and support accurate maintenance of quality records and reports.
- Collaborate with quality and production teams to support continuous improvement and ensure issues are corrected prior to delivery.
- Bring working knowledge of quality assurance standards and manufacturing inspection practices.
- Demonstrate ability to read and interpret blueprints specifications and related quality documentation.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a changing manufacturing environment.
- Use computer based applications confidently with required proficiency in Excel.
- Apply critical thinking and logical problem solving to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain strong focus on product quality safety and adherence to established procedures and standards.
- Support calibration awareness quality documentation control and record retention requirements.
- Demonstrate persistence and attention to detail when investigating quality deviations.
- Bring familiarity with recognized quality systems and inspection requirements considered beneficial.
