Title Escrow Assistant

Experienced Title Escrow Assistant to join our growing company!

Our client is a national real estate services organization seeking an experienced Escrow Assistant to support purchase transactions across all 50 states. This is a fast‑paced, high‑volume role ideal for someone who enjoys multi‑state work, accuracy, and proactive communication.

Salary: $30 - $30 per hour.

In the office for the first 6 months and then Hybrid/Remote after.

• Support Escrow Officers from file opening through closing
• Assist with funding, closing, and post‑closing activities
• Prepare and assemble final closing packages
• Manage national, multi‑state purchase transactions
• Navigate attorney‑state and title‑facilitated state requirements
• Coordinate with lenders, agents, buyers/sellers, and mobile notaries
• Maintain accurate file notes and documents in Res Ware (or similar system)
• Provide clear transaction updates to all parties

• 2+ years of escrow, title, or real estate experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Purchase transaction experience required
• National or multi‑state escrow experience
• Strong understanding of purchase workflows and timelines
• Proficiency with Res Ware or comparable escrow software
• Strong computer and organizational skills

• Experience with multiple lenders and investor requirements
• Familiarity with attorney‑state vs. title‑facilitated processes
