Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in kitchen work, food production, and inventory control.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Kitchen Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, motivating teamwork, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
- Monitor food costs and work towards budget targets

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

- Minimum 1 year in Kitchen Management experience
- Strong knowledge of food production
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of inventory control practices
