We are seeking a full‑time Retail Stocking Supervisor to lead and develop our store team. As a valued member of a high‑performing team, you will focus on customer service, store safety, and operational excellence.

Compensation – $22.00 per hour, monthly bonus, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long‑term disability, 401k, paid time off, and associate discounts.

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross‑train in all areas of store operations including stocking and sales associate duties.
• Lead, coach, and develop associates.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills via phone, e‑mail, and in person.
• Ability to intermittently lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and stand, move, and work entire shift.
• Physically able to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb a ladder.
• Willing to obtain forklift certification per IIPP.
• Open availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; adherence to attendance policy required.
