Summary
As an Outlet Team Associate, you will deliver exceptional customer service and support sales activities on the outlet floor. You will assist customers with product selection, operate the register, and maintain visual merchandising standards. This role helps create a welcoming, organized shopping environment at Outlets At Orange.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers, provide product knowledge and styling suggestions
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Maintain floor presentation and restock merchandise from the backroom
- Support fitting room operations and loss prevention practices
- 2+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
