Sales Associate

We’re on the search for a Sales Associate that will help lead our civic minded, pop culture driven brand. As a Box Lunch Sales Associate, you'll be a huge part of our success by providing the best customer service, ensuring that fellow fans can get their hands on the merch they love. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and help merchandise the store in a visually appealing way, all while being hyper-focused on the in-store experience.

• Product knowledge, customer experience skills, and use of the Force
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure that assigned areas are up to visual standards
• Work the register—use your fandom knowledge to process sales transactions and drive add‑on sales with benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup; assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners
• Ensure there is no misuse of spells or wizardry around theft by working with Store Management
• Support the maintenance of the store’s stock room, keeping it organized and the store tidy
• Communicate and work as a team to get the job done
• Any other activities as assigned by your Store Leader

• Previous experience working in a retail environment; if you’re passionate about philanthropy & all‑things pop culture, you’re in the right place!
• Excellent customer service and selling skills
• Be at least 18 years of age to join the fandom force
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, Avenger‑like
• Comfortable navigating the store, merchandising product with approved equipment, and packing/unpacking boxes of merch that may weigh up to 50 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodation)

Please note the pay range for this position starts as listed in the job posting, but other factors such as an individual’s education, location, meeting the minimum job requirements for the role, training and experience, will determine the final salary for potential new hires.
