District Manager - Fintech Point of Sale, Outside Sales

• Base salary up to $75,000

• Lead and inspire a sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals within the designated region
• Conduct weekly meetings for coaching, pipeline reviews, and performance feedback
• Provide real-time coaching and support in the field to enhance team performance
• Develop strategies to close strategic sales opportunities and contribute to regional revenue growth
• Collaborate with leadership in recruiting and selecting top talent for the team

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license required for regular client site visits
• Ability to spend a minimum of 75% of time in the field
• Live in the Southern Los Angeles area, specifically the Santa Ana - Riverside, CA region
• At least two years of relevant experience

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in training and coaching an outside sales team
• Excellent prospecting, communication, and networking skills
• Knowledge of the restaurant and/or retail industry
• Strong sales talent with a high sense of urgency
