Travel to accounts to confirm proper levels of product are stocked, rotated, displayed, and maintained along assigned routes;
Assist in training new merchandisers to ensure they can independently perform all required duties;
Provide route coverage for merchandisers as needed;
Conduct go-behind route supervision to ensure that accounts are correctly serviced;
Utilize company-issued technology to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display/backstock photos, and maintain accurate records of account execution
