What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Sell Genius® POS and software solutions across multiple verticals, including retail and service sectors
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline through prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking
  • Track sales activities accurately in Salesforce and Atlas CRM
  • Consult with business owners to improve operations and streamline payment processes
  • Collaborate closely with a District Manager to identify opportunities and close deals
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Proven success in B2B field sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or merchant services
  • Ability to spend 75% or more of time in the field visiting clients
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly self‑motivated and competitive, with a drive to exceed sales quotas
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in selling payment solutions or POS systems
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Background in working with small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop long‑term client relationships
  • Comfort with both in‑person and virtual presentations
