Entry Level Inside Sales and Finance

Located in Orange, CA our business-to-business Inside Sales Professionals are responsible for selling a diversified range of financing and leasing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. Our enthusiastic and driven sales professionals focus on prospecting new business opportunities, speaking with decision-makers, analyzing need and effectively deliver value-add solutions.

This sought after sales position provides an opportunity to earn what you’re worth.

Responsibilities:

• Using company provided leads, you will prospect and identifying qualified buyers for company products.
• Analyze need and credit worthiness to deliver appropriate financial solutions.
• Collaborate with Company departments to efficiently complete client transactions.
• Strong willingness to initiate, establish and nurture meaningful business relationships over the phone.
  
  Please Note:
  
  You will be required to make 150 outbound calls per day to business owners.

Compensation, Benefits and Training Package

• 12-month training program
• Competitive Base Salary DOE $2,500 + Uncapped Commissions
• Un-capped commission plan and possible residual income
• Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision and 401(k) after 90-days of employment
• Average Income Year 1: 35-50K, Year 2: 60-75K Year 3: $100K+

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED required, BS/BA preferred
• Positive and enthusiastic and hard-working demeanor
• Ability to adapt to change in a highly dynamic work environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  Excel, Word, Outlook
• Experience with conceptual, consultative value-based selling
• Experience working in a performance based environment
