Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and concerns. NO COLD CALLING-LEADS AND BOOK OF BUSINESS PROVIDED TO CROSS-SELL.
  • Present and explain various Allstate insurance products and policy options clearly.
  • Develop personalized insurance proposals tailored to individual client requirements.
  • Effectively close sales and onboard new policyholders.
  • Nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the agency team to achieve collective sales goals.
Requirements
  • Must possess a valid California Property & Casualty Insurance License.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the insurance sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales management tools.
  • A genuine desire to help clients find the right insurance solutions.
