Position Overview
We are looking for a Junior Sales Administrator to support our growing sales team. This role is ideal for a PGA professional or golf-savvy individual who wants to get into the business side of the golf industry.
You’ll play a critical role in helping our sales reps stay organized, follow up with leads, and ensure a smooth customer experience from first contact through installation.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment, perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, responsive, and ready to grow.
Key Responsibilities- Follow up with inbound leads (email, phone, text) to keep deals moving
- Assist sales reps with quotes, proposals, and customer communication
- Coordinate and schedule installations with customers and installers
- Support expansion into Canada (logistics, communication, order coordination)
- Maintain CRM accuracy and track lead activity
- Help manage customer expectations and timelines
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team
- PGA professional (preferred) or strong golf knowledge
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, text)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Willingness to work weekends as needed
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
