Neuropsych Sales Specialist - Orange County N, CA

Neuropsych Sales Specialist (Territory: Orange, Tustin, Garden Grove, Anaheim, Buena Park, Westminster, Huntington Beach, Seal Beach)

• Build relationships with regional team members and key external contacts (HCPs and entire office staff).
• Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing.
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote products and deliver product/patient education.
• Strategically manage and grow key account relationships; tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Review/analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
• Maintain call average per sales plan (face-to-face with HCPs; focus on top targets).
• Address external market challenges and support collaborative internal sales strategies.
• Adhere to compliance policies and achieve sales performance goals/admin requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably related field).
• At least 1 year full-time documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales strongly preferred.
• Pass background, motor, and drug screening.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Level: Sales Specialist (minimum 1 year) or Executive Sales Specialist (minimum 7 years).

• Interpersonal skills (listening, empathy, communication, inclusivity).
• Strong written/oral communication; technology proficiency.
• Knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing (preferred); new product launch (preferred).

Regular travel; may include air and weekend/overnight.

Starting salary $88,000–$160,000; eligible for sales incentive plan.
