** Position Overview
** The Sales Development Specialist will support pipeline growth by identifying prospects, initiating outreach, qualifying opportunities, leading sales training efforts, and setting appointments for services related to debt resolution, fiduciary coordination, and legal service support. This role is ideal for an organized, persuasive, and entrepreneur-minded professional who enjoys building relationships, creating momentum, developing sales skills within the team, and helping prospective clients take the next step.#
** Key Responsibilities*
* ● Research, identify, and qualify prospective clients, referral partners, and stakeholder contacts.
● Conduct outbound calls, emails, follow-ups, and appointment-setting activities to build a consistent sales pipeline.
● Engage prospects with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication while gathering basic intake information.
● Schedule consultations or handoffs for qualified opportunities and ensure timely follow-up.
● Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, lead status, notes, and next steps in the company’s CRM or tracking system.
● Collaborate with sales leadership and service partners to refine outreach messaging, improve conversion, and support growth goals.
● Represent the company with discretion, integrity, and compliance-conscious communication.#
** Ideal Candidate Profile*
* ● Experience in sales development, appointment setting, lead generation, client intake, customer service, financial services, legal services, or professional services outreach.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
● Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently with prospects and referral sources.
● Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple leads and priorities at once.
● An empathetic approach when speaking with individuals or stakeholders navigating sensitive financial or legal matters.
● Ability to work independently while following company-approved scripts, processes, and compliance expectations.#
